Plastic Boning Whalebone

Synthetic Whalebone is a solid strip of flexible plastic used as boning in corset.  It is design to imitate traditional whale baleen, providing firm support while remaining lightweight and slightly flexible.  Unlike sew-through plastic boning, it is usually inserted into boning channels rather than sewn through.
